Each customer in the program has their own dedicated set of knives—actually two sets—one that is in use and one that is being sharpened. Knife sets are exchanged every 1 to 2 weeks and are delivered to your kitchen by a Knife Guys customer representative. Sets can include as many knives and knife styles as needed and can be changed with the prep needs of your menu.
Service areas include:Metro-Denver, Black Hawk and Central City. North to Thorton, south to Castle Rock.
